Community has a HUGE Swimming Pool
with a kiddie pool and
Tennis. There is no additional fee for using the swimming pool and
tennis, however there is a pool pass you will need to enter the pool.
please bring extra cash or check as deposit if you wish to get the pool pass &
the deposit is refundable when return the pass. There is also a
community pond, which is a Salt Pond, with dock for launching your kayak or
canoe. Both master bathroom and master bath are renovated before the 2011 rental
season.
This property is located in Town
of Bethany Beach and there is a 6% rental tax in Town of Bethany
Beach. You will also be eligible for parking permits for downtown Bethany Beach
and please bring extra cash or check at check in for deposit of such parking
permits. This house is none smoking and
no pets allowed. However owner
occasionally has pets in the house.
